1. application :

y81 series hydraulic metal baler can squeeze all kinds of metal scrap(steel shavings, scrap steel, aluminum, copper , stainless steel, as well as scrap vehicle waste, etc ) into rectangular , octagonal ,cylindrical shape, which can reduce transportation costs, speed up the furnace speed, lower smelting cost.


2. technical specification :

2.1 all types adopt hydraulic driving system, manual or plc automatic operation .
2.2 discharging methods: turn-out type , forward-out type , push-out type
2.3 installation without foot screws, diesel engine can be available if there is no power.
2.4 press force range from 63 tons to 600 tons, production efficiency from 4 tons -40 tons each shift .
2.5 press box size and bale size could be designed and made according to the customers’ requirements.
